What you need:
- 4 oz seedless watermelon, chopped
- 4 large mint leaves
- 1 tbsp agave nectar
- ¼ oz lime juice
- 1 ½ oz light rum
- Lemon twist for garnish
How to make:
- In a shaker, muddle the watermelon and mint with the agave nectar and lime juice.
- Add the rum and fill shaker with ice
- Shake well, strain into glass
- Garnish with the lemon twist

What you need:
- 1 portion crostini
- 10 oz tomatoes
- 8 oz mozzarella balls
- 8 basil leaves
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp ground black pepper
- Crostini - prepare a portion of crostini
- Caprese - in a bowl, combine the cubed tomatoes, mozzarella balls, chopped basil, minced garlic, seasoning and oil
- Assemble - add the tomato mixture onto your crostini, top with extra fresh basil leaves, glaze, and enjoy!
